Loud Leaving
You've heard of '๐๐ช๐๐๐ฉ ๐๐ช๐๐ฉ๐ฉ๐๐ฃ๐' before,
but did you hear about '๐๐ค๐ช๐ ๐๐๐๐ซ๐๐ฃ๐'?
This may come as a surprise,
but it's not about leaving your job.
And at the same time it is about that.
'๐๐ค๐ช๐ ๐๐๐๐ซ๐๐ฃ๐'

It also sets the example to your team.
Telling them that it fine to put an end to the day.
Nothing more of them is expected while:
๐ฅ they have dinner with their spouse,
๐ they're out picking up kids,
๐๏ธ they're going to the gym,
๐ฟ binging Netflix
So how do you set this example?
โ Tell people you're going for a run after work
โ Tell people this is the last meeting of the day
โ Signal that you can wait for a response on an email
โ Encourage open dialogue on personal workload limits
โ Embrace transparency about flexible work arrangements
โ Share your after-work plans with colleagues to encourage similar boundaries
The question remains:
Do you agree that 'loud leaving' could be a key to a healthier work-life balance? ๐ฃ๏ธ
