The Best Company Culture Customs from the 1900’s

“Once upon a time,..”

Hopefully this all seems like ancient history. I posted an article on The Toxic Manager Handbook a while back and got some requests on a new topic. So I went looking through ancient artefacts again.

Guess what?

I found a bunch of old corporate customs. Seemingly this was all very common in the previous century. Things you may have never heard of if you’re Gen Z. Hopefully a lot of millenials have neither. I am an early millenial, I’ve seen some of them, recently. Even left a job once partially for number 1 (clocking in).

Have a look, but beware:
This are no leadership tactics to incorporate in your leadership style. Unless you really want to scare people away.

Join the discussion on this LinkedIn post , would love to hear what you think should be number 8.
